Many genetic traits of interest are multivariate, and may be structured (e.g. longitudinal traits, or the same trait in different environments). This Julia package implements a multivariate linear mixed model that can analyze structured multivariate traits.
Our framework can handle a variety of traits including longitudinal traits such as growth curves, and GxE experiments where the same trait is measured in different environments or sites. It can analyze GWAS data as well as traits from multi-parental populations.
